professional efficiency I was responsible and arrived on time. They took my car in immediately. I was sitting at a service rep desk within minutes of arriving. Coffee and bagels were provided for my convenience which I appreciated at 7:45 am. The chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable. I was told the service would take 45 minutes. Exactly 45 minutes later the service rep came to get me. He went over again the work that had been done. The whole experience was handled professionally and efficiently. More

Oil change nightmare Got home home oil all over my driveway & garage. Had a doctors appointment that I had to cancel to go back again to have them stop the oil from leaki Got home home oil all over my driveway & garage. Alison was very nice and reimbursed my oil change & gave me a few extras which I asked for she has opened up a case because of the issue i had just had with my brakes that I had to bring back four times until Dan finally corrected the problem. I am waiting for a follow up with Allison. More

I can not say enough about how helpful Michael was. Michael was Very knowledgeable, friendly, and curtious. He kept in constant contact with about the repairs.
