25,000 service My maint required light came on. I called and got an appointment right away. They told me that my service contract was over that it was 2 years or 25, My maint required light came on. I called and got an appointment right away. They told me that my service contract was over that it was 2 years or 25,000 miles. I told Allison I knew nothing of that and she waived the fee. I was also told me inspection was up and that was also free of charge. The service is excellent and the customer service is way beyond expectation. Allison was very nice! More

Simple Annual Inspection I checked in at 10:30 for my scheduled appointment. I waited patiently for an hour and then began to wonder what was taking so long. At an hour and I checked in at 10:30 for my scheduled appointment. I waited patiently for an hour and then began to wonder what was taking so long. At an hour and 20 minutes I ask my service tech when my car would be ready and she did not know but said she would check. At an hour and 40 minutes I checked again and she said I had a problem with one of my tires and they were checking to see if they could get another one. She took me out to look at the tire and I said I would have to come back because I did not have the time to wait. I ended up leaving after 2 hours. The problem I have is not being kept informed. A simple inspection should not take more than an hour (being generous), especially when the appointment is scheduled. It is your job to keep me informed if there are any problems so I have the option of continuing to wait or coming back. More
