FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT SERVICE AFTER INSPECTION, WAS GIVEN A LIST OF ITEMS THAT WERE CRITICAL AND WHAT IT WOULD COST ME. Frustrating I recently dropped off my car at 8 AM and told them I would need it back before 1 PM. I even saw the associate stamp my paperwork and write 1:00 down. I had asked that before they start the work that they give me a call. At noon I had to call them and they had not even looked at my car yet. Needless to say it was not ready by 1:00 and I no longer had a ride to get my car. It was definitely a very frustrating experience. More

Quick, easy, and got an appointment for a Saturday visit. Everything went very well, from the purchase of my new Rav to the 2 normal service visits. Service was horrible I was told to bring my car in Friday and that it would take all day to do recall, inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and checking my tires.... I got no call all day I finally called at 330 got told first that my brakes and rotors were being done and I lost it because I wanted a call first.... then I get another call saying no one actually looked st my car all day that I needed to leave it over night.... Saturday came and went no call again I called at 2 and they said it was finally being done. I am NOT happy at all. I have spent A LOT of money with Toyota and the service and lack of it was horrible! More
