Dear MSP55, Thank you for posting your review. Your feedback is appreciated! I have reviewed this with Allison, as well as her supervisor, Ben Carlson. We did follow up on this and found the price Allison quoted you was incorrect. The problem was caused by a recent software update. The cost to replace the filter was overstated by approximately $20. I agree with you the technician should have removed the debris. I have addressed this with our Service Director. I believe Allison left several messages asking you to call her so that she could explain what happened. Unfortunately, she has not heard back from you. Maybe we have an incorrect number on file? Please stop by the dealership at you convenience, and we will give you a couple cabin air filters at no cost for your inconvenience.
