30,000 mile service Been going to this dealership for service after buying my car for the past 6 years. Each and every time, from a simple oil change to a major service Been going to this dealership for service after buying my car for the past 6 years. Each and every time, from a simple oil change to a major service such as this one, I have found DCH to be professional in every way from the service advisor to their technicians. I am sure I can save some $'s by going to a local shop but I feel that my piece of mind for a job well done is worth it. Hope to keep dealing with DCH for many more years. More

Unknown issue made known I always have a great experience when it comes to this dealership. I've worked with almost every sales rep there, personally forgot the name that work I always have a great experience when it comes to this dealership. I choose not the select one, because truly they're all super amazing, friendly, let alone get your problem fixed in a reasonable time frame, I'd say an hour wait is a average. But come prepared to wait that long and you'll never be disappointed. More

Oil change Had a coupon so I used it towards an oil change. Pleasant staff. Nice waiting area. Took about an hour which seemed reasonable. Frustrating I recently dropped off my car at 8 AM and told them I would need it back before 1 PM. I even saw the associate stamp my paperwork and write 1:00 down. I had asked that before they start the work that they give me a call. At noon I had to call them and they had not even looked at my car yet. Needless to say it was not ready by 1:00 and I no longer had a ride to get my car. It was definitely a very frustrating experience. More
