As a long time Toyota owner, I was at first skeptical of even looking into a Ford. Once at the dealership I quickly realized the environment at Dahl Ford was much different than your typical dealership. Not even looking into a Ford. I primarily worked with Knight. Dealing with him made this whole process go smoothly. He knew he had his work cut out for him, but he listened to everything I was saying I would like out of vehicle. He was excellent at answering any questions I had, and made it his goal to make sure we could find exactly what I was looking for. Beyond any doubt he was working for the customer. That is something you do not find much at car dealerships. I also appreciate Dahl will let you take the vehicle for the day to really give you time to sit and think on it, not to just sell you a car and rush you out the door. After owning a Toyota for 10 years, I walked out of Dahl with a Ford. The service team came to my rescue Saturday late when I came in with a low tire. Then my battery died before I could leave and they gave me a new battery.
