In a word? AWESOME I was involved in a multiple car pile-up. I walked away without a scratch, but my F150 was totaled. When we go the word, my wife and I decided to tak I was involved in a multiple car pile-up. I walked away without a scratch, but my F150 was totaled. When we go the word, my wife and I decided to take a vacation day and go car shopping for a new vehicle. We were going to go to a few dealerships but decided to start with Dahl Ford. We walked in the door and met Gunnar, and explained why we were in that day. He expressed his sympathy and got right to work finding us what we were looking for. He listened to our wants and didn't try and force us into anything. He just genuinely wanted to find us the right vehicle for us. Turns out, that was a new Ford Edge. Gunnar took us for a test drive, then crunched some numbers to find out that a new 2018 would give us the best rebates. The whole team did a great job of keeping things affordable. Dahl didn't have an Edge on the lot, but Gunnar did a locate for us and found one that had everything we were looking for. I expressed a little concern that it would take too long for the Edge to get in because my wife was 9 months pregnant. I really didn't want to worry about finalizing a new vehicle purchase with a newborn. Gunnar understood and got the vehicle in just 3 days after we walked in the door! All told, we spent MAYBE 3 hours at the dealership. I don't think I've ever had a smoother purchase process. I picked it up this afternoon and couldn't be happier! The car shopping experience can be stressful enough. But after a serious accident and with a baby ready to be born any minute, it could have been almost unbearable. Gunnar and Dahl Ford made sure that didn't happen. They made the process easy, stress-free and, thanks to a few lame jokes from Gunnar, pretty dang fun! I cannot say enough good things about the Dahl Ford Team. When the time comes to buy another vehicle, you can bet I'll be going to Dahl! More
