Friendly, open, easy to work with and, most importantly, helpful in providing accurate answers to the questions that matter, you will find your experience with Pete and Austin to be the opposite of what you've come to expect from car dealership salespersons. The transaction was smooth and easy and they let me take the vehicle home for a couple of days to test it before I bought it. The dealership even detailed my truck while they had it stored as I was test driving the potential new car purchase over the weekend. By the time our transaction was done, I felt I knew them and their families personally, and they knew mine. That is a very RARE quality in a salesperson (car dealership or otherwise).
