Over 19 years ago Dallas Lease Returns decided to change the way car buying is done. They lowered overhead and teamed up with affiliated leasing companies to cut out the "Dealer Only" auto auctions by offering one-owner, off-lease vehicles direct to the public for 45 days. No longer would you have to deal with high prices, pushy salesmen, and confusing finance managers- prices would be fair and the only vehicles offered would be to the highest standard.
Today, DLR has completed over 10,000 transactions becoming the DealerRater National Dealer of the year for 2023 and the DealerRater Texas Dealer of the year for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. DLR and its partners have been featured in many local and National publications including Auto Dealer Monthly, Vehicle Leasing Today, Dallas Morning News, and Fort Worth Business Press to name a few, and even appear in eBay marketing ad campaigns.

I like the fact that these vehicles are lease returns from private owners and not rental agencies. This means that these cars overall have been given better care by their owners. My vehicle was spotles from private owners and not rental agencies. This means that these cars overall have been given better care by their owners. My vehicle was spotless and in excellent condition. I also like the fact that there are no add ons to the purchase price like other dealerships who want you to buy the "we'll change the oil for life" until another company buys them out and it turns out that the lifetime oil change is no longer good. All I paid for was tax, title and license, and I got the KBB value for my trade in. Doesn't get any better than that. Just something to note though, it took 5 1/2 hours from the time we got into the dealership until the time we drove off in our new vehicle because we did our financing with them, so budget your time accordingly. However, we did get .5% better interest rate than the best interest rate that we found online so we were very happy with that. One suggestion also, if you decide to finance your vehicle with them, read your paperwork carefully because they were about to pay us $500 less than the quote that we were given for our trade in, but they corrected a mistake and said they would send us a check for the difference. Overall, this was by far my best auto purchase experience and I look forward to returning to this dealership to buy my next car. More
