Great experience working with Tommy I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tommy about two months ago. Leading up to my decision, he provided sound advise and instilled confidence. I I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tommy about two months ago. Leading up to my decision, he provided sound advise and instilled confidence. I bought the car and drove it off the lot on the same day. Initially, there was a weird smell in the car and a vibration when driving over 60 MPH. Tommy had his guys come out to my home to pick up the car, brought it into their shop to get checked out, then dropped it off. They took care of the smell but the 3rd party mechanic said they could not replicate the vibration. My guess is they did not even check because it was easy to replicate. I took it to the Jeep dealership to look at and they diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing. It cost me $400 to fix it among finding about another $800 of recommended work. This obviously upset me. These were things that should have been addressed by DLR prior to putting it on the market. I called Tommy and he got on it. I sent him details about the work and asked for fair reimbursement. He was able to get approval from management to reimburse me for the wheel bearing which I felt was fair. Note to future buyers: DLR contracts a mechanic, one that I feel is subpar. Before purchasing, work it out so you can have the car checked out by a mechanic of your choice. Bottom line, Tommy took care of me and I will go back to him for my next car. Thanks, Tommy. Chris arranged the financing, handled the title work and had all the paperwork in order when I walked in the door. He even had the temporary tag on the truck. I have never in all my years of car buying experiences (and I am 65 years old), have I had a better experience.
