Robert Schultz answered the message and he talked to me about every little detail I asked about, along with additional information I wasn't even aware was a factor. He gave me a quote for a trade-in and it was just under my ideal price so I knew I wasn't going to walk away kicking myself for losing thousands. Learning from Robert that DLR receives up to 600 vehicles every month and in turn they offload the same amount opened my eyes to the massive amount of vehicles that are in the market. Robert informed me that he could hold the vehicle for a completely refundable $200, which would go toward the vehicle if i made a purchase. So, with no threat of the truck not being there I decided to make the drive up from Austin, TX. Once on the road I let Robert know what time I would arrive. When I did, the Silverado was parked right out front, looking very clean, waiting for me. We met, he showed me around, then gave me the keys and let me have at it. The truck drove and operated better than expected and has even more features than advertised. Negotiations went smooth and before I knew it I was back on the road with a new truck. Robert Schultz is very kind and fun individual. He doesn't force a single thing. When signing he did not once put down the next piece of paper until I was done reading, signing, and setting it aside. Because I had to work the following day, Al volunteered to drive 30 minutes to where i work to complete the paperwork during my lunch break... THEN offered to DELIVER the car to my door!!!!!! A month after buying the car I had a mechanical problem, the car needed a tune-up, and a sensor replacement. At first the repair shop said that the warranty didn't cover for the issue so I called the dealership to see if they can help me out in any way. After a few moment speaking with Sean he fix the problem right away. I am thankful for having him as my agent. More

This place is a hidden gem with an unbelievable selection of vehicles in an indoor warehouse showroom. The sales staff is no pressure and could not be more helpful. We worked with Juan and he is by far the most helpful sales person we have ever dealt with when buying a car. We have leased 5 new Mercedes, 4 new Lexus and 1 new BMW from big dealerships over the past 15 years and we will never go back to that model. We were able to purchase a 2014 Infiniti with 26,000 miles for half the price of new. Dallas Lease Returns allowed us to have the vehicle inspected at a place of our choice, in fact even recommended that we do so. We were told that the vehicle was like new. This is the only place to purchase a vehicle in Dallas. Ask for Juan. More
