James was absolutely wonderful to work with…patient, professional, knowledgeable. We began our search when James responded to an inquiry I made online about another SUV that was already spoken for. I’m an extremely “particular” person, knowing exactly what I’m looking for before I ever walk through the door---with a strict budget and a detailed list of wants where every item on it is a deal breaker. To make matters more difficult, I’m pretty patient and willing to wait forever for an EXACT match (my current search began over 2 yrs ago). I forewarned James of this “mission impossible” from the beginning. He took note of my detailed list of wants, kindly accepted the challenge, and said he would be (in his words) “like a detective on the case”. After several months of simply checking in on me and presenting me with a couple options here and there, the perfect vehicle appeared. James aggressively jumped on securing it before it even got a chance to get listed because he knew that it was the exact one for me. It’s still hard to believe I even put a deposit down on a vehicle that I’d never seen in person. But after communicating with and getting to know easy-going James over these past months, I knew I was able to trust his word and promise that DLR only deals with high quality vehicles. James walked through every phase of the process over the phone with me from beginning to end, always explaining everything thoroughly and making sure there were no problems. He had my SUV shipped here to me in Houston to look at and test out and it was just as he promised, exceeded even my high expectations. The finalizing process was super quick and easy. I have already recommended James Smith and DLR to one friend and will continue to do so to others. The only negative part of my experience is that I never got to meet James in person. I will take care of that on my next road trip to Dallas! More

Stephen Neal is a great guy to work with, I came up on a Saturday morning with my two sons, eight and ten. My boys were playing and running around, like boys do, everyone was nice to them and tolerant of them. Got a very nice car, and Stephen brought it to me and took the old one away. He explained their hold policy to me on the car I was interested in, and when I got back the next morning it had been sold already. We went and looked around and found even a nicer car that morning. I can't say enough nice things about all those folks there. They don't act at all like salesman, they are there to get you into what you like at a price you can afford. Also, there is not a bad car on the lot to choose from. I will definitely being going back there. More

I flew into Dallas Saturday afternoon and when I arrived at Dallas Lease Returns all the of details of the car were exactly as Jordan had described them to me and all the details of the purchase were exactly as Jordan described them to be. I am writing this about two months after the purchase and I am very happy with my Lexus 450h that I purchased from Dallas Lease Returns with the help of Jordan Campsey. Working with James Smith best car buying experience I've had I've purchased several vehicles in my life and this was by far the simplest and easiest purchase of them all. Having been dealing with financial diff I've purchased several vehicles in my life and this was by far the simplest and easiest purchase of them all. Having been dealing with financial difficulties and a poor credit rating, I thought I would be in for a very long process and it would require a lot of time and headache. That was not the case at all at Dallas Lease Returns. The entire process was hassle free and everything was completed the same day I went in in just a couple of hours time. I'd noticed a 2010 Acura and a 2011 Maxima on the Dallas Lease Returns website (www.dallasleasereturns.com) that I was interested in and used the site to submit a vehicle information request. Within 5 to 10 minutes of my submitting the request I received a call from James Smith. I told him that I was most interested in the 2011 Maxima and he took some information from me so that they could check for financing. The next day I drove over to take a look at the vehicle. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted with all the options I was looking for, however, with my credit and the financing terms that the bank set for this year/model the down payment was more than what I could afford at the time. I thought I was going to leave empty handed or have to settle for less than what i wanted. But James suggested a couple of other vehicles that we could try if I was interested. He then brought out the 2nd vehicle - a 2012 Acura TL. I thought WOW, this looks better than the Maxima I had wanted and had even more options/features. My next thought was man, this car costs more than the Maxima and there is no way that I'm going to be able to get this. I told James I was definitely interested and that he/Dallas Lease Returns wasn't playing fair because I liked this car just as much, if not more, than the Maxima but was concerned about being able to work out any type of deal considering this car was a newer model and priced a little higher than the one that I had originally wanted and that i couldn't go over not even one penny on what I was able be able pay for the down payment nor could I have high monthly payment either. James said OK and he would let his finance manager know. While they were working on this, I told him I'd take the Acura out for a test drive and see what it felt like he gave me the keys and told me to enjoy, he didn't even need to ride with me. When I got back, we were ready to talk. The financing was approved and my down payment didn't go up. After reviewing the details with me, he waited while I got a quote on how much my insurance might increase with adding this vehicle to my policy. He even took the car to get the oil changed, get it detailed and fill it up with gas and I drove off a happy camper after all the paperwork was signed. Overall it was a great experience. James was very professional, but very friendly and personable as well and great to work with. It was like buying a car from a long time friend. I told him I'd be back the next time I was in the market for a car. More

I appreciate his professionalism, honesty & humor. He made this a relaxed & pressure free biting experience and for that I will come back & and refer him to family,friends and strangers.
