Can not believe he was so patient with me. I was in the market for a larger vehicle but was in no hurry. So when a car came in that met my description he did everything he knew how to make it work for my price range, then drove it 40 miles to my office so I could test drive it, then had all the paperwork done when we got to DLR so it took about 10 minutes to complete the transaction. The prices were a bit lower than some dealerships for similar vehicles, due to their business model from my understanding. My salesman, Billy Goss, was laid back, informative, steered me in the right direction without ever being pushy. In fact he was one of the most pleasant sales people I've dealt with on a large purchase and I didn't have to talk with three or four other employees to close the deal. I did get one phone message from Kris in management just to be sure I was taken care of and to answer any possible questions. Again, laid back, not pushy. Billy stayed in touch and made sure we were on the same page the whole time. He accommodated my needs to complete the paperwork. We met at a public place during my lunch hour where Billy was considerate of our surroundings when discussing financial details; he was very discrete which I found especially thoughtful.
