Excellent I was shopping for a vehicle at Clay Cooley. I was approved but the sales manager would not work on my deal unless I was at the dealership. I told the sales guy it was not possible since I work long hours. I told them fine, I would take my business elsewhere. I had talked with Billy in the past so I gave him a call. I told him what happened. He told me to give him a shot, he went right to work and got my deal done in a matter of 4 to 5 hours, something Clay Cooley didn't do in 4 days. Never once did he pressure me into trying to buy any particular make or model, just giving his knowledge of the particular vehicles and let me go to discover them while driving. James was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and it was well worth my time working with James to attain my vehicle. Closing went very smoothly and took all of twenty minutes to close. My car was a total loss after a lady rear-ended me on I-820. I needed a replacement in a hurry. I scanned Cargurus and Autotrader for the vehicle I wanted and Dallas Lease Returns had an exact match. I contacted DLR and talked to Roel Ortiz, the most friendly, responsive and helpful car salesman I have EVER dealt with....he treated me like I was buying Maserati instead of a reasonably priced SUV. What a great experience. A small mechanical popped up after the purchase and he sent someone all the way to Fort Worth to pick up the vehicle, fix it and return it the same day. Superb customer service. I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted and I was treated like a friend. Check these guys out the next time you buy a vehicle. They're outstanding! More
