I do not live in Dallas, so I couldn't get there easily to test drive the Kia Soul! (that I ultimately bought). Robert took the time to speak with me on the phone numerous times to go over in fine detail the condition of the car and all of its features. Since I couldn't test drive the car in person before I made the trip, he even drove it a little bit to see if it handled well and if the brakes felt good. Based on his assessment of the car after him driving it, I booked a flight to Dallas to drive the car. (Robert even gave helpful suggestions on how to get to their business, which was much appreciated). Robert and all of the staff at DLR were friendly and professional. I test drove the car and looked it over very carefully. Robert had given me a very accurate assessment of the car. If you are looking for a car, I would trust Robert completely. I bought the car that afternoon and drove it home. The 3 hour ride home was smooth and enjoyable! Even with flying to Dallas and paying for gas to return home, my new (well, it's used, but it feels and looks like new) 2013 Kia Soul! still cost me less money buying it with Dallas Lease Returns than it would have cost anywhere else (I did an exhaustive search in all of the continental USA). Robert made the process painless and fast (he's even new to the company and still so proficient!). I was wary of flying to another city to get a car, but Robert's helpful information over the phone made everything go smoothly. Eventually (15+ years, probably!), when I need another car, Dallas Lease Returns is the first place I will look. In the meanwhile, I will continue to recommend Robert and Dallas Lease Returns. Best of all, the salesman, Joe Wall, treated me like I was an honored and valued customer. Joe answered my questions directly.
