Absolute rip off and dishonest people I bought NEW car back in 2015 and had my car serviced in March for 7,5 k from this dealership. I suspect that they did something to my car because my car starts to have battery problem (it might have that they replaced the original battery with defective one back in March) that it keeps depleting faster than old car. I previously owned Honda, Chevrolet and Hyundai for the past 30 years and none has issue with the battery. I went back and forth to their service department for 3 times already for the battery issue. This morning for the 4th time I went there and was told that I had to pay $130 just to diagnose the existing issue. Kylle Mccullah even demanded to show paperwork to him that stated my new car still under warranty. He even asked me to sign an invoice before the car is being serviced with that charge. This dealership has a very bad reputation. I should have bought the car somewhere else. THIS IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. If there is an option for ZERO star, I give it a ZERO because of POOR quality work and service. More

I had picked out a truck at another dealer and damerow said they could beat it by 500 dollars. When I got to damerow they didn’t have such truck in there inventory. And convinced me to buy a more loaded one. Doubling the payment and price from my original choice. They pressured and would not let us leave with out buying from them. So we traded in our Toyota and they gave us less than a fair price. But we just wanted to get the heck out of there show room.So when I got home I immediately called them back, emailed them, and left messages stating this is not the truck for us. Came back the very next morning and YOSKI the lead finance manager WAS THE BIGGEST xxxxxxx i have ever met at a car dealer. He was not willing to do anything for us. Not willing to budge. Horrible customer service. After spending many more hours in the show room. I could hear him talking with several other customers. He was again rude, careless and not understanding. He’s your typical 82nd ave rip off car sales man. Only thing he was missing was a rat tail and leather jacket. The guy needs to be fired. even the other office staff don’t like him. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM DAMEROW as long as Yoski is employed there. The sales staff and mike from contract signing were awesome. 5 stars for mike and David! Dishonest These guys are the worst. They are unethical and liars. We leased a car from them about 12 months ago and when they brought the car to us at the deale These guys are the worst. We leased a car from them about 12 months ago and when they brought the car to us at the dealership, it did not have several features that was to be included in the price of the car. So when we rejected the car, rather than lose a sale, or adjust the price/lease amount. They promised to compensate us with 10 tanks of gas over the period of the lease. To make the sale go through, the sales manager took one of his business cards and wrote the commitment on the back and signed it. During the last 12 months we used the offer once and they honored it. But, a few weeks ago as we took the car for its scheduled service to the dealership, and asked to fill the tank up too, they flatly refused and said the person who made the commitment to you - the sales manager - is no longer here and we do not recognize his card and his signature! They were rude, condescending and abusive, to the extend that I was about to be thrown out of the dealership. It was one of the most embarrassing moments of my life. Now we are stuck with paying extra for a car that does not have all the features that they sold me at the beginning. These guys are rude, dishonest and con people to make a sale. Stay away from them. Lost a lot of money I have a friend that works there so thought I would give Damerow a shot. I had bought my wife an escape there and thought I would go back for a ford I have a friend that works there so thought I would give Damerow a shot. I had bought my wife an escape there and thought I would go back for a ford for myself. I ended up with a new sales man, not my friend. After finding the truck I liked, we did the paper dance. I was told it was a clean car fax. I should have never trusted that. They put a price on the truck about $8k higher than what KBB recommended with that high of miles. After having the truck for less than a year, I had all ready dropped over $5k into it. It was sold to me with blown shocks and struts, shot break pads, exhausted was rusted to the point of needing replacement, put new calipers on, cylinoid went out, spark plugs were gaped, water pump had a hole in it that fried the gaskets sealing it up so had to be withdrawn through the back, resulting in all new pulleys, belts, timing chain. A week after dropping over $3k on that, it threw abs codes, engine codes, and power steering codes at me. I was done with this ford! Drove it to a different dealer and traded it. During that process, they pull the carfax on it and hesitantly tell me (due to how mad i was about my experience with a ford) that the truck was made and registered in Canada originally. That Damerow Ford gets a lot of their inventory from Canada, CHEAP, and brings them to the USA to sell for way more. When they do this, they have to pull the tachs out cause Canada doesn't use MPH, and the truck has to be put in American standards. Well when you roll a tach like that, it shows as a ding on your carfax (which i was told was clean). In turn, DRASTICALLY lowers the value of the vehicle. I lost anywhere from $5k-$10k on the value of my vehicle because my truck was purchased in Canada, refurbished, was never told about it, and bought at an over value. Do NOT ever go to Damerow. They sell Canadian cars to hard working Americans at double the price. More

The experience, which I'll explain below, will also be the reason I will never buy a Ford again as well. On Saturday, April 14th, I visited Damerow in search of a new SUV. It was the first Ford dealership on my stop, and I was really excited to check out the Edge. I strolled around the parking lot for at least 10-15 mins without anyone noticing I was there, so in order to get someone's attention I decided to walk straight through the middle of six or so sales guys, all on their cell phones, out front. I was finally approached by Tyler Aimonetto who took me straight to the only used Edge close to my price range on the lot. It was a 2015 Sport Edition in red. I explained I would not be buying a red car, but was interested in test driving it since I had never been in one, and was pretty excited to own my first Ford. After test driving the car, I liked the features but was concerned it was the wrong color and was more than I wanted to spend. This is when the high-pressured, manipulative, sales tactics began. Tyler explained he couldn't come down on price, but because Sport Editions are so rare, I shouldn't let the color prevent me from buying it. When I asked if it was certified used, he told me this elaborate story about how it wasn't, but it was because a really minor issue with the brakes. I decided to pause and take a look at the Damerow website and found that exact car I test drove listed for a few thousand less AND listed under certified used. When his manager, David Stone, overheard me asking about the warranty, he quickly ran in the back and got the certified paperwork and publicly shamed Tyler for not getting the warranty right. Even though I was able to get Tyler to come down on the price using the website listing, I was still unhappy about the fact I was being pressured to buy this red car, which I clearly didn't want, without being shown any other options. In addition, I was feeling uneasy about Tyler missing something as big as the certified used warranty. I went back and forth for an hour, with Tyler using the slimy car negotiating tactics such as hiding the total cost, interest rate and length of the loan, and only using the monthly payment. I was putting a healthy down payment down, was pre-approved for a loan, and knew the total amount I didn't want the financing to exceed. Still, Tyler continued to talk about "how much I could afford a month". When I was still upset the car was over my budget and in the wrong color, the whole process took a took for the worst. Tyler then began to explain I should use part of my down payment to "wrap" the car so that I get the color I want. Unsure about what a wrap was and how much that would cost, I didn't trust this was a good decision. As a last resort to convince me it was the right deal, he texted a friend who he said worked for PDXWraps to get a quote for wrapping the Edge. He showed me his phone and the text showed a $1.5 - $2.5k price range. After 2 hours of negotiating, and with the third-party quote, I reluctantly decided to move forward with purchasing the car. Fast forward to three days later when I am on the phone with the owner of PDXWraps who is explaining to me that he doesn't work with Damerow Ford, and never gave that quote. He also said the quote was extremely low and my Edge would most likely be $2k higher since it's a Sport Edition, and the range I was given was for a smart car. Beyond frustrated, I decided to return to Damerow that next weekend to meet with Tyler and David to explain what happened and hoped they could resolve the situation by refunding the difference in the vendor quote that was wrongfully used in my negotiations. David seemed beyond upset with how Tyler handled the quoting of an outside vendor and vowed to make the situation right. He said he would help me get a wrap at the cost I was quoted by another vendor and also talk to the GM about what they could do for me. After an hour of talks, David said he would be in touch over the next few days, and the whole situation worked out in a week, so I would be happy with the car. It is now July, and after emails and texts to David, I have never heard from Damerow Ford again. I was really hopeful after my return visit that I found an honest dealership that was willing to own up to its mistake, but I was wrong. I know what Damerow is thinking, because the third-party quote wasn't part of my written negotiations with Tyler, and because I signed a paper that says I am buying the car "as is", legally they are covered. What Damerow hasn't learned yet, and will soon, that businesses who only care about protecting themselves legally, without putting the customer first, will not last. Do yourself a favor and believe all the low star reviews are true, and do not buy a car from Damerow Ford. More

The salesperson, Steven, was extremely nice and quite helpful-if you do go to Damerow, request him. However, don’t go to Damerow if you want any type of helpful customer service above the sales people. The manager we worked with said that everything had JUST been changed and the fluids were all in top condition. The blinkers were flashing quickly and they said that no bulbs were out, that it may be an electrical issue we could have fixed inexpensively. Fast forward to going to our local Ford dealer in Washington after only owning the truck for one week, we are left with a $1300 bill for new bulbs (2/4 were out), flushing out every component because it had NEVER been done, and the antifreeze bottle had to be replaced because it was orange from rust. We have been in contact with management and they are not willing to contribute any money toward the repairs, nor are they admitting their dishonesty. Stay away from this place!!! More
