Customer Service On the day(s) that it took to buy our truck, we were placed in a very crowded room with about 7 other families and left alone without any communicatio On the day(s) that it took to buy our truck, we were placed in a very crowded room with about 7 other families and left alone without any communication to the salesman for probably 45 mins. We were not told where he went or what he was doing and had to go find him to ask. I did not want to buy the truck here because of the salesman snarky attitude, however it was my husbands "dream truck" and not a bad deal. But then after returning the next day to sign the papers alone they "threw in" all of this "free" stuff making his payment go up more than what I agreed to. Still after all of this we bought the truck. Once having issues with a 2015 Silverado with less than 7,000 miles, we took it back to be serviced. The services department could not find what was wrong, long story short it was the universal joint and was fixed by a dealership in Morehead (where we live). After other issues with the truck we attempted to do business here again, however I could not take the rudeness this time. We traded at a local DODGE dealership. Once we called Dan Cummins to cancel GAP insurance (this took a month and them sending the wrong papers 3 times) they said "I don't believe you got a better deal anywhere else." Basically called us liars, but why would I go ahead and trade if we did not get a better deal!!!!!!!! My Cummins is doing much better than the Silverado was. More
