The theme of everyone I talked to at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful and all was very thankful to be working for Dan Cummings Chevrolet. Anthony, my sales rep was very helpful and friendly, if he didn't know the answer to my question he was not hesitant to find the correct answer and he did. The dealership was very clean, (even with construction going on next door). They have a great selection or autos and last but certainly not least they have a great price. I drove 90 miles to do business with them when I could have driven 15 min to my closest dealer. :) More

Very Friendly without the high pressure to buy today. After shopping around for a vehicle, I was very pleased with the experience at Dan Cummins. While they obviously wanted me to purchase a vehicle, they did not pressure me to “buy today” by continuing to asking closing questions after I told them I wanted to think about the purchase. In hind sight, I would have purchased it sooner and saved all of us some time, but it’s a big purchase... Anyway, one item to improve would be the detailing of the vehicle. Someone in detailing this used truck (with vinyl flooring that we like) applied Armor All or something slick to the interior and after 5 months, it’s just now starting to wear off. Also the service staff (Paul Lyon I think, as my wife took the vehicle in) after the sale has been great to work with as we addressed a warranty item. Thank you More

We made the 3 hour trip down there and was impressed from the time we pulled up. We were greeted outside, offered drinks/snacks, nice leather couches to sit on and the car we came to see was retrieved for us and brought to the door. The deal was made and we are very happy! Even after the purchase we had a few concerns and Jeremy exceeded our expectations and took care of our concerns. I mean immediately! Top notch dealership!
