My biggest complaint--calling to speak to someone or get help is frustrating. If you have an operator to help when we call, she should be at her desk to answer as soon as possible to help. When I made the appointment on the phone I was told that I could not wait for my oil change. That someone would take me home and pick me up. When I got there I was told I absolutely could wait. it took abo I could not wait for my oil change. That someone would take me home and pick me up. When I got there I was told I absolutely could wait. it took about one hour 45 minutes which is totally reasonable. What a surprise when I went down to my car and discovered it had been washed. The oil consumption issue needs to be addressed more than saying it’s downshifting as the reason, subaru has had a class action suit for this same reason, the test is not considering if the piston rings or s saying it’s downshifting as the reason, subaru has had a class action suit for this same reason, the test is not considering if the piston rings or seals are leaking which was the issue in subarus past. Also I paid for the lifetime oil changes and what I thought was maintenance, the last two visits I’m spending 500 out of pocket then 30 dollars more for oil quarts for when the car runs out of oil before next oil change. The selling point was never that I would have to add oil constantly if I decide to buy a stick shift More
