I have never had such a worse experience then I did at Dana Ford, ever since I bought my new vehicle it has been nothing but issues with this dealer ship. When I walked out to my vehicle after hours of si Dana Ford, ever since I bought my new vehicle it has been nothing but issues with this dealer ship. When I walked out to my vehicle after hours of sitting and waiting after my purchase the front emblem was hanging off and my headlight was filled with moisture. I was absolutely enraged as I had just bought this vehicle. They obviously covered everything but in reality it didn’t make a difference because the vehicle had a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty so it was covered regardless, to make matters worse it took a week to get the parts after they told me they would be there the Monday after I bought my truck on Saturday and then once I was finally able to bring the truck in they called me not even an hour later to tell me the grille they ordered to replace was damaged, while in the end they fixed it, I will confidently say that I will never buy another vehicle nor service my vehicle at this dealer ever again and I will relay the message to friends and family that this is not a dealership they should buy a vehicle from. More
