THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FAMILY HAS EVER RECEIVER! !! Our vehicle has been in the shop for 40 days!!!! It’s not even finished! When we call there is always an excuse. We maxed out on our rental and we’ !! Our vehicle has been in the shop for 40 days!!!! It’s not even finished! When we call there is always an excuse. We maxed out on our rental and we’re not receiving any response or assistance from the dealership nor the company. The case manager closed out our case prior and now her email address is suddenly invalid? We’ve had our rental car longer than our leased car. Their disservice has been such an inconvenience. We are appalled how we have been treated as a loyal customer. WE WILL NEVER LEASE FROM FORD AGAIN! More

Brought my brand new lease (2 weeks old) in for a fix over a month ago. Zero updates or contact from Dana Ford. Each time I called was just told I was waiting for one part to come in. When the part finally came in they then only began doing the rest of the work to the vehicle—adding more days to the already over 34 my car had been there. No offer of help compensation or guidance at all. Zero customer service help. Will be speaking to the BBB. More
