Very good service department. The service took a while but they gave me a ride home while the repairs were taking place. Then they drove me back to the dealership when the work was done.

I arrived at 8:00 AM for my 8:30 AM appointment and I was checked in right away. The service consultant was very courteous and friendly. The waiting room was clean , comfortable and plenty of chairs and tables to sit and work if necessary. I was sent the video in a very short time. By 10:30 AM, the car was ready, was explained what was done to the car, paid and was out the door in no time. I’ve been with All American Ford for almost 20 years and now we’re also using All American Subaru.

Waited a reasonable amount of time for assistance.I had to find an employee to do check in. Employee did not seem interested in helping . Overall experience was not good. Time to find another place for maintenance and service. Again a long time customer . Service is not what it used to be.

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

Finding a trustworthy auto service repair facility is very important to me. I dropped of my vehicle off at Starks Ford for NyS inspection an oil change and a recall. Unfortunately the auto mechanic did the recall first which erased the vehicles monitoring modules which prevented them from inspecting, mistakes happen no big deal but instead of being honest with me they lied and said there machine was broken but I could take my vehicle elsewhere for inspection, when I did the mechanic told me he had to charge me for inspection even though the monitors were not ready he showed me on the DMV computer that the dealer also tried to inspect it with monitors not ready. I hate being lied to, I can’t trust my car to this dealership. A simple service appointment turned into a nightmare because Starks Ford was dishonest.

After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

This year we purchased our daughter's new Ford Escape, financed our return lease Ford Explorer and leased a new Ford Explorer ST. this is absolutely the most expensive and either incompetent or totally rip-off places my friend has been to. He's spent 13k on his two cars there in the last few months (on nothing major - no transmission or motor or ANYthing like that. Jeannette will take care of you nicely lol. TWICE, after charing a couple of thousand, the car didn't work and they had to "do something else" - one time with an added charge. 2800 dollars for a fuel pump - and he got it back and the car didn't work 2 days later...she said the part wasn't available so they tried to do it without the part. lol...This is a dealership? It's embarrassing!!!. And it's continuous

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
