My calls and concerns are never addressed. I get follow up calls pertaining to a recent service and when I state my concerns, I am told that somebody will get back to me, but nobody ever does. I have called onto occasions about it and left messages with the AI iPhone recording system all to no avail additionally, and unsolicited phone call pertaining to my service was received because they were hoping to get a five star rating from me on the survey (which I assume is this survey. I have been dealing with Dana Ford Lincoln for approximately 30 years and I don’t have one negative thing to say about them.
