You need a better phone system. Takes too long to answer, doesn't know how to forward calls to the right person. If someone else gets the call, they should know how to forward it or Takes too long to answer, doesn't know how to forward calls to the right person. They don't seem to get my message, maybe giving out their Mobil numbers would be a great idea. Great for service, without getting frustrated with your phone system. More

Great, knowledgeable, warm, patient service from Pietro. He answered all questions, and provided clear answers and opinions. He gained our trust right away, and although our decision-making process involved many trips back and forth to the lot, several permutations of options (re color, features, etc), and a test drive, all spanning several hours, Pietro remained responsive and receptive throughout. Our time with Sergio was far more limited, but he was friendly, efficient and not overly high pressure. As a result, we did wind up purchasing some additional insurance which we hadn’t planned on doing. (In fact, we were initially averse to the idea.) More
