I came back for a second vehicle because of Eric. I wasn’t looking at getting a Hyundai, but the way he treated my wife during her purchase, it was a no brained that he was honest and truthful. During the buying process, I never felt forced into anything. Eric ensured that I was comfortable with the way the car drives before talking about the features. Then he took his time to describe the features and make sure I was comfortable with it. He encouraged me to think about it and to speak to my wife. He kept me up to date on the inventory and I felt very comfortable putting a deposit down to buy it the next day. I was so excited to purchase the car that Monday, and Eric made sure it was all ready to go for me. Dan was busy with other customers, so we did financing with John. He went through things and although we were making a large purchase, he made it less painful. More
Treatment of female spouse We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for $500 owed to us. As a 20 year customer of Hyundai, I can say this experience will turn me off for a long time. We have been waiting almost 3 weeks for $500 owed to us. As a 20 year customer of Hyundai, I can say this experience will turn me off for a long time. My spouse went into dealership to test drive a new Palisades, I told sales person we were NOT ready to purchase. My spouse was pressured to leave deposit. I called sales person back same day and told him, I was NOT purchasing the vehicle. He told me, he would take care of deposit. After talking to finance manage, who stated I would get from deposit back the day after our check cleared (which was 6/19/2020) and customer service executive, I still do not have my $500 deposit back. This started on June 18th?? More
