I have been coming to Kia for quite some time now and not one time have I came and left disappointed. The customer service that I have recieved (Kelvin) each and everytime has always been welcoming and pleas one time have I came and left disappointed. The waiting area is fully equipped with coffee, wifi etc. All what is essential to make your wait extremely comfortable, although they get you in and out expeditiously. Overall the service is great!
