I bought a new Kia Sportage on July 31 and everything went well. My sales person Nuno Miranda was great, the general manager Sal Sinardi called me and made sure I was satisfied and that I would give an went well. However, my last name was misspelled on my credit application and when I pointed it out I kept getting the response, “I will get back to you tomorrow” and of course they never did. I called, texted and kept telling them they had to fix the mistake they made. They never did. I finally emailed the General manager and I didn’t get any response. I had to fix myself their mistake, spending hours on the phone with Kia Motor Finance and ending up sending a fax from Staples because I dint have a fax machine and they don’t accept pdf documents via email. I didn’t get any apology from them at all! Not even the attempt to help me providing support. Nothing. Probably the only thing they wanted was my money. Well, they got it, but I am calling all my friends and telling them to stay away from Kia. One of my colleagues actually told me the Kia customer service is horrible in Danbury and that she will never buy a Kia again (in fact she just bought a VW). I should have listened to her. If you are in doubt, then listen to me. It’s true. I didn’t make it up! More

I went in for my first oil change for my new car and was taken immediately. I was informed on the status of my vehicle and the work as reviewed with me when done. The waiting area was nice and clean. It took less than an hour and everything was done right the first time. I got a coupon for getting the car washed and used it right away. I recommend this service department to all my friends and co-workers. More

Brian was a great help! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not only did he have quite expertise in my area of interest, but while remaining professional he managed to make me laugh experienced in a long time. I went in for a car and left much more than just new vehicle. I left witth more faith in humanity, (and maybe even a lingering feeling that i should have asked him to dinner! 🤐) . I take the time to write this review because it is far and few between that you actually get GREAT customer service at a business these days.
