Incompetence doesn't begin to describe this place. I'm not sure what is going on with the service and parts department, but they dropped the ball twice with no explanantion. I needed to order a very small replacement part for my Kia Sportage. I went into the service department, then was sent to the parts department, they told me they would order the part, it was under warrantee, and get it painted and call me back. A month went by and nothing happened. I called again, gave all my info again including VIN#, and they gave me the same story, the part was under warrantee, they would order it and call me back. Another month went by, nothing. I called again today and the woman who answered the phone in parts was very rude when she first picked up, then after about 15 minutes of back and forth her attitude changed and she did her best to help me. Then I got bounced to service and hung up on twice. Finally a guy from service called me back and said he could get the part, but it was not under warrantee, he had no explanation about why my previous two interactions went up in smoke. I have wasted wayyy too much of my life on this story. And now I'm wasting my time writing this, and you're wasting your life reading it. So boring. More
