Excellent service We went for an oil change on our 2014 Kia Sorento and left with a new 2019 Kia Sorento. We are truly happy. I purchased a 2019 KIA Forte from this dealership on July 25, 2019 from Rich. Rich let me know that the dealership would pay the last two months of my lease (2017 KIA Forte, also gotten from this dealership) 25, 2019 from Rich. Rich let me know that the dealership would pay the last two months of my lease (2017 KIA Forte, also gotten from this dealership) so that I could take the car home today. The last two months of my lease came out to the total amount of $240.12. It is now NOVEMBER 10th 2019 and the $240.12 amount has not been paid to KIA Finance. I have visted KIA Danbury multiple times (don’t bother calling kia c Danbury’s dealership because the finance manager doesn’t ever get back to your voicemails) and called KIA Finance MULTIPLE times to get this issue sorted out. I had been promised MULTIPLE TIMES both by the KIA Danbury finance manager (Jimmy, I believe? He’s the tall man with the suit and the gold Rolex) and KIA Finance that this issue has been settled and that I didn’t need to worry about a thing however I am still getting letters saying that KIA finance wants their money. This is insane and super stressful!! This kia will be my LAST Kia. So disappointing. More
I found a car that i really liked online. The car is great and a bargain but the customer service was awful. It took me 5 hours to buy a car i payed for in cash, after i had already called to say i was great and a bargain but the customer service was awful. It took me 5 hours to buy a car i payed for in cash, after i had already called to say i was coming to buy it. The fees and rates are horrible, and the car price doubled. The car salesmen lied about certain fees that couldnt be removed in order to have a higher sale. I was disappointed because this was my first time buying a car without a male presence. And i could easily tell that they were taking advantage. I’d have gone to a different dealer if i wasnt in such a need for car which is what they prey on. My overall experience was very bad and i will not be going back there. I love my car though. More
