These charges are not lease payments, but appear to be either unpaid taxes or, "wear and tear," fees. We made the final lease payments shortly after you turned the vehicle in. We suggest you contact Kia Motor Finance for clarification of the outstanding charges.

Jennifer, I'm not sure what fees you are referring to, but there are certain fees that must be added to every sale we make without exception. Our finance managers review all fees during delivery, and the process is the same whether the buyer is young or old, male or female. We are sorry if you felt that your salesperson was not straightforward. I will share your comments with the director of sales so that he can review them with the entire sales team.
