Furman Archer was an outstanding salesperson and he did an extraordinary job in explaining everything in great detail and with a great deal of patience. He is one of the most positive and professional sales people ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable even to the smallest detail and was confident in helping me obtain a new 2019 kia forte lease. He went the extra mile and obtained all info and was very effective in teaching me about new technology and communicating step by step. Service - Everything was taken care of in a timely manner! I go in, select a car and drive off 3 hours later, from start to finish the process is seamless. He was not only professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but super efficient and helpful to find me another car to lease a second time in a timely manner. Great service We went on a Saturday to have a major service done and there was no shuttle available. We were inquiring about paying for a rental for that one day wh We went on a Saturday to have a major service done and there was no shuttle available. We were inquiring about paying for a rental for that one day when the gentleman at the front desk (service) went above and beyond for us and put us in a dealer car free of charge, until our car was ready. I live close to Stamford KIA and I drive all the way to Danbury for this type of service which Stamford KIA does not provide. More
