I have leased a number of 3-series vehicles over the y I have been a customer of Daniels BMW since I first became a BMW driver and enthusiast in 1986. I have leased a number of 3-series vehicles over the years and now my first 4-series coupe. I have also had all of my BMWs serviced at Daniels BMW for the past 33 years. Every experience has been outstanding and every interaction with Daniels employees has been exceptional. I worked with two long-time employees who have now retired - Gregg Clarke in sales and Joe Millington in service - who always made me feel part of the team. This was my first experience working with Ashley Alderfer and she has certainly continued the outstanding tradition of customer care so engrained in the Daniels dealership. I look forward to working with her again when I lease my next BMW! More

totally lost a sale! I have a 2014 BMW and was looking to lease a vehicle for my business. I called and set up an appointment to test drive one. When I got there the sales I have a 2014 BMW and was looking to lease a vehicle for my business. I called and set up an appointment to test drive one. When I got there the salesman I set the appointment with was not coming in that day. They set me up with another salesman. He took me out and asked me when I was going to be purchasing the car. I told him by the end of the week and that I was looking at other makes and models. Well that was a turnoff to him. We got back to the dealership and he took some information down and said he would pass it to the original salesman that set the appointment with me the next day when he came in???... really... they let me leave without giving me numbers and without talking to a sales manager. (That seems crazy as I use to sell cars and my manager would have flipped if I let a customer go with no TO) needless to say no one ever called me back! Well I ended up going with a jaguar and am very happy with my purchase. The only reason I gave this review any stars at all is because it says “overall rating of this dealership” and I have always had a great experience with Todd in the service department. More
