We were greeted promptly by TJ, he had the truck we were interested in moved up by the building for our convenience. Overall a good experience. The only thing that bothered me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. Then I heard the sales manager get loud when he was talking about the amount me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. I think what they gave me for it was fair but when you can hear the sales manager being loud about it all the way across the building it kind of makes you feel like your product wasn't as good as what they told you up front. I started my search for a pre-owned car at Arbogast because I am from Troy and I was impressed with their inventory. I found a car I liked in Dayton, but I came back to give Joe one more chance and he really came through. He found a car in Indiana with exactly the features I wanted, and at a good price. He secured it, brought it to Troy, and got it ready for me. He even worked with me on the trade in. All in all it was an excellent sales experiece and I was really impressed with Joe's professionalism and customer service.
