This was my first experience with Mungenast Honda. We purchased a new Honda CRV and my daughter purchased a new Honda HRV. The experience was awesome and very organized. Staff was very knowledge We purchased a new Honda CRV and my daughter purchased a new Honda HRV. The experience was awesome and very organized. Staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and customer service driven. Due to demand and the lingering impacts of Covid, we had to wait 4-5 months for the vehicles to arrive, but that was completely out of the dealership's control. We were made aware of the delays for new vehicles up front, and throughout that wait Andre gave us status updates on scheduled build dates and expected delivery dates. Definitely a great experience and will be back for future dealings. More
