I am very disappointed with the service I received when I called to make an appointment. The lady was very rude on the phone when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I have always taken my vehicles to get serviced here and everyone used to be extremely friendly but the last time I went in I stood there waiting for someone to wait on me for 5 minutes and had multiple people walk by and not once ask if I needed help. I’m very disappointed because I have always brought my Honda vehicles here Since 2005 and have bought multiple vehicles and now they lost a loyal customer. More
