Pleasant Buying Experience As someone who has spent numerous hours at a dealership while purchasing a vehicle (both new and used), this was by far the best and fastest experienc As someone who has spent numerous hours at a dealership while purchasing a vehicle (both new and used), this was by far the best and fastest experience I've had. I purchased a used 2019 vehicle. Saw the vehicle online, and was able to negotiate a price (spent less than 30 minutes on the phone with the rep) before showing up. I was in and out (including test drive, which was already waiting for me) with our newly purchased vehicle in less than 3 hours. They also are considered a remote IL DMV, which also added convenience. The only grip would be communication, we had a little difficulty finding the right location even though the rep gave me the right address, the secretary at the new car lot sent us down the street when we should have been directed to the building next store, there was also a little misunderstanding with the negotiated price, but that was quickly resolved. More

I called, set up a time to meet, and he greeted me at the door. He was extremely accommodating to all of my needs in a car, especially in my selling my 20 year car. (A crv that was very hard to give up). He saw the value in my car and directed me to a great replacement. I felt that he gave me a "good deal" . The dealership was extremely friendly, including the finance department and the young lady that explained all of the new technology on the car.
