Before I could even tell the Sales rep what I wanted, he was already asking to run my credit. Not to mention that he said he didn't have much in my price range right off the bat. While that may have been true, he could have done a better job at finding out what I was looking for (i.e. asking questions and LISTENING to my answers) and making a recommendation based on that. I consider sales people experts, and am open to suggestions if what I had in mind isn't an option. I went to another dealership right up the road and bought a car that I wasn't necessarily looking for but still fit my needs and budget. On the plus side, they have Certified Pre-owned cars. More

Our sales rep Rob was friendly, easy to work with, and seemed to have our best interest in mind. My parents have bought multiple cars from him as well. We got a great trade-in value for my old Civic, and Rob got us a price we liked without need to haggle. He made sure we were getting the car we wanted, not just what was currently available (which was a lot). Our finance rep John listened to our needs and didn't try to push extras that did not apply. Purchased a certified car from them my experience with this dealership is not good. I have purchased a certified car from them in Feb-2017 and after few days realized it wheel alignment my experience with this dealership is not good. I have purchased a certified car from them in Feb-2017 and after few days realized it wheel alignment is not proper and even claim as they did some 200 points check on vehicle. Then I have contacted dealership but nobody care about it. After sometime I visited them to resolve this issue, they charge me 200 $ for same and did some work which is not at all satisfying. I will never visit them again. More

I was greeted as soon as I pulled my car into the service center. I made an appointment online, but Dan made sure everything I had entered was correct. I waited in the awesome waiting area facility (3-4 areas of comfortable seating and a quiet area in a room, coffee and snacks provided) while they figured out what exactly was wrong and how long it would take. He offered me a loaner car if I needed one which I ended up taking. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to get my car the next day. More
