I was so impressed with how fast he answered my initial inquiry and all subsequent text messages that we exchanged over the next 18 hours. I left with my new car with absolutely everything fully explained to me. He was very professional. I did not experience any "high pressure sales tactics" that I have from other dealerships in the past. The entire process went very smoothly. Despite having a less than perfect credit situation, I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with payments I was comfortable with. The financing team was outstanding.
