I bought my new 2012 new Civic without setting foot in the dealership. You read it right - I bought my car sitting in a chair 25 miles from the dealership. I picked out the car, negotiated a price, applied for a loan, closed on APR and payment and scheduled my delivery right from my computer! There is some homework that has to be done ahead of time, obviously - but, after knowing exactly what I wanted, I dealt with 2 other local Honda stores over the phone before going to the Mungenast website, and neither could provide the convenience, or price for that matter, that Joe and Mungenast could provide. When I went to pick up my car, all my paperwork was prepared and ready to go - I spent less than an hour in total in the store before I was able to drive off in my new Honda. Joe Basler and Jason in Finance were friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. I have been buying cars for 20 years and this was my best buying experience so far. I even recommended the dealership to a coworker who bought a new car Mungenast Honda last week. If you are an experience buyer, you will appreciate their efficiency.
