Shan guided us through the purchase with such ease -- including the handling of our trade-in (a Honda Civic that we had purchased at St. Louis 7 years ago). My husband (a retired mechanic) had a couple of things he wanted looked at. Service Advisor John Vandiver had everything taken care of before we even finished the paperwork. Mr. Terrazas (JT) handled our paperwork and financing very efficiently and quickly. This was the best car buying experience we ever experienced.
