I first met Craig Last October when I bought a CPO Honda Civic. The experience was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. I came back to ST. Louis Honda because the last car I bought was a ne Civic. The experience was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. I came back to ST. Louis Honda because the last car I bought was a new Accord back in 2000, I have always been sold on Honda's and had no reason not to go back St. Louis Honda. 6 months later I decided I needed a bigger car and wanted to go back to a full size so called Craig and told him to find me a nice Accord with specific criteria and boy did he deliver. This was in May of 2011. Now I just bought my 3rd car from Craig (a 2012 Pilot for my wife) a week ago. Craig is without a doubt, the ONLY salesman I will ever deal with again. I hope he doesnt leave St. Louis Honda, but if he does, I will follow him anywhere. he is the most courteous, friendly, and honest salesman I ever dealt with. I used to dread the idea of buying a car and dealing with dealers and salesmen; My expereince with Craig and St. Louis Honda was truly a pleasure and hope to continue to do business with them for years to come. My wife and I have three month old twins. After drapping our feet we finally decided to go the minivan route, just for the sake of convenience. Shopping online we saw Mungenast Honda had a fairly good selection of used Odyessys. We strolled in and worked a deal with Max. There was your typical back and forth negotiations but it was always very professional and courteous. I wish they offers more amenities than bottled water or stale coffee. We did have a problem with the finance manager, didn't get his name. He made a mistake on the title paperwork, tried to throw Max under the bus, I talked to a manager and title office at Mungenast but ultimately were unable to resolve as per our original request (1 person on title). We have been driving our car for a few weeks now and enjoy it. Bit the bullet on the title issue, (my wife and I on title) and still need to go in and get rear light fixed (seal broken, water in taillight). Nice touch that previous owner had all work done at Mungenast with documentation. More
