I was able to deal with this dealership over the phone to make a deal and this was great because I am 1-2 hundred miles from any Honda Dealer. The SUV was absolutely immaculate when I picked it up and had even been waxed. I was impressed with the detailing! Most of my experiences in buying the 5 new Hondas have been quite good and absolutely better than with other makes! That being said this experience was absolutely the best ever. More

I had previously worked with Josh Ulrich when he helped me sell my 2007 Honda Shadow when he worked in motorsports. At the time of the sale and when everything was complete he let me know that he would be me sell my 2007 Honda Shadow when he worked in motorsports. Josh is friendly, helpful and kept me stress free from the previous sale, that I decided to revisit Josh months later and give him a sale. I am no stranger to Dave Mungenast because my mom has bought a honda accord from them, 2 of them to be exact, a 2000 civic, and in 2002 she helped me purchase my civic. I returned that one when I came in last May 2009 to get a new CRV, and I LOVE it!!! Josh went through all the particulars of course and helped me decide what would be better for myself and my daughter who is 3 now. He got me a great deal, and when I took it by my moms house she was pretty jealous, ok..pretty excited but none of the less happy that I had stuck with honda. Bob Olander was the sales rep helping me and, though he possesses many other wonderful qualities that were on display during our time of interaction, a few in particular stand out to me. Bob was fun and funny, but he was also genuine. He cracked a few jokes that really helped lighten the mood for me (it was my first car-buying experience and I was a bit nervous). However, he was also real. When you asked a question, he gave you an honest answer. He showed you his true personality. The visoin of the slick and sly used car salesman was the farthest thing from my mind. Also, Bob was quite knowledgeable about what he was selling. He ran me through the inner-workings of the front controls of the car in great detail (which was good--I'm a detail person). Because my experience was such a positive one and because of my positive interactions with Bob, I look at St. Louis Honda in a positive way. I'm sure Bob understands that when he's with customers he is, in essence, the company. If they don't like him, they won't look fondly on the dealership. Based on my experience, though, that would never happen. Lastly, I'd like to say that while the vehicle I bought was priced higher than some others in its class from other manufacturers, I've never once regretted paying what I did for it. It has performed very well and has the Honda name to back it up, which means a lot to me. More
