In addition to recall work, I wanted oil change, tire rotation, balance tires and check wheel alignment. Unfortunately the tires were not balanced correctly and alignment was worse than when I dropped o rotation, balance tires and check wheel alignment. Unfortunately the tires were not balanced correctly and alignment was worse than when I dropped off vehicle. I found all four tires had different tire pressures and two of the tires did not have valve stem covers. I had to spend an additional $175.90 to take vehicle to a reputable establishment to balance tires and correct the wheel alignment. Hopefully the recall work was completed correctly. My mistake for trusting Mungenast Honda Service Dept. Never again! More

This was the third vehicle my wife and I purchased from Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda within this year. I have a tendency to give cars or trucks to my sons, so I might be back to purchase another vehicle from Scott Dietz within a year. I never once felt pressured by Scott and I am very happy with my purchase experience. When others read this, I hope will they give Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda and Scott Dietz the opportunity to exceed their buying expectations. More
