Very sceptical and jaded, but was SURPRISED!!! I flew into Spokane and within minutes was at the waiting shuttle to Dave Smith Motors. The ride was pleasant and as I visited with other passengers l I flew into Spokane and within minutes was at the waiting shuttle to Dave Smith Motors. The ride was pleasant and as I visited with other passengers learned one gentleman was on his 3rd purchase! There were others on their second purchase, but what really impressed me is that these folks were from Alaska and Wisconsin. I began to relax as they shared their previous purchasing experiences with me. When the shuttle arrived at Dave Smith we were dropped off at different locations based on the purchase we were making. I was dropped off at the used vehicle center, but everything looked like brand new. I was immediately met by my sales person Drew who was super easy going and as low pressure as it gets, not pushy at all. The car was right there waiting and after a quick lookover we were on our test drive. I'll tell you this, glad I'd done some homework and shopping elsewhere first because it was abundantly clear "THIS WAS THE ONE". I met the service department manager, the parts and accessories department, and the performance center manager before enjoying BBQ and finalizing my purchase. It was about as simple and straight forward as it gets! I'd highly recommend Dave Smith Motors. More

Excellent Transparency and No "hidden agenda" I had never been to Dave Smith in Kellogg, ID before. At first, I was overwhelmed by the sheer size and multitude of cars and trucks that the dealers I had never been to Dave Smith in Kellogg, ID before. At first, I was overwhelmed by the sheer size and multitude of cars and trucks that the dealership had on their expansive property. Taking a shuttle to see a vehicle? Really??? As I spent more time with my sales representative, Bailey, my fears and apprehensions were completely put to rest. Not only did she include me in the information gathering process, she was absolutely calm, un-pressuring and pleasant to work with a "real person". My day was long, but it was well worth my time, as I came out of the experience not only with a brand new vehicle, but with a greater sense of understanding and confidence in the purchasing experience, all due to the awesome people I worked with at Dave Smith! Thad in Finance was an absolute pleasure and helped me learn the "ins and outs" of the process also. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my day, but no experience tops the one at Dave Smith-Kellogg! Poor service I brought my ram in do to a noise at low speed or breaking. I had washed it before bringing it in. I went in and asked if they went 4 wheeling and was told oh they must have driven it through the construction. That was it no we will wash it or any thing. I have never had a new vehicle that didn't come back from service clean inside and out. More
