Map Light replacement amd paint touch up It took several months to get a rear map light replaced in my 2018 Nissan Titan XD. Ihe part was ordered in August, 'm not sure when the part arrived It took several months to get a rear map light replaced in my 2018 Nissan Titan XD. Ihe part was ordered in August, 'm not sure when the part arrived at the dealership because no on contacted me. I called the service department in Ocrober and was told the part was in so I brought the truck in for the repair. There was also a paint chip on the trailing edge of the hood so I had them touch it up. I was informed that the repair would take awhile and they would need to keep the truck overnight due to dropping the headliner to replace the map light. They set me up with a rental car at no charge to me. The next day the truck was ready and I picked it up. They did a superb job on replacing the map light. Know one could tell they had to lower the head liner. I am very pleased. The paint repair is a little ruff, and no clear coat was reapplied. Its obvious to me because I know where the repair was made, no one else who has driven the truck has even mentioned it. That all said I am pleased with the service. More

Toyota Tundra Time I stopped In just because i was passing by and saw a couple of Toyota Tundras from the street. I walked Into the showroom and Nik was more than happy I stopped In just because i was passing by and saw a couple of Toyota Tundras from the street. I walked Into the showroom and Nik was more than happy to greet me and took me right over to see the vehicles. He answered all my questions and took all the time I needed to help me out. I was not ready to make a decision and he wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me his card and said to contact him when I was ready. The next day I was ready and Nik helped me seal the deal on the Tundra I wanted. Very good experience! More

It was decently smooth except for a couple of things. I got there at my scheduled appointment and talked to my service advisor. We went over everything that I wanted done and I went off to the waiting I got there at my scheduled appointment and talked to my service advisor. We went over everything that I wanted done and I went off to the waiting area. It was pleasantly cleaned and the coffee and after were a good bonus. When my care as finished I went back to the service area and got my keys.. this is where my one problem with the service department was. I had asked the advisor to check the engine air filter and the cabin ones. If they needed changed then to change it. He said he would and they did check but when I got home and looked over my service.. the filters were not replaced. There was a big check by the needs replacement but nothing was done to correct it. They seemed like they were a little busy but I wanted to catch the filter special if it needed it done. Again, overall good experience but now I’ll have to go back in when I shouldn’t have to. More
