I've been coming here for a while for my oil changes since I bought the pre maintenace package. At first it goes all to plan and I go to pick up my keys and the lady says that will be 66.48. Now I was a since I bought the pre maintenace package. At first it goes all to plan and I go to pick up my keys and the lady says that will be 66.48. Now I was a little taken back but I moved along because I felt a little rushed. However, the service manager Julie reached out to me that day and apologized for the miscommunication. She then proceeded to quickly refund my money for the oil change. I will say I was a little skeptical after walking out after paying that day but Julie and the team went above and beyond to make an honest mistake right and I will continue going there for all of my maintenace needs.
