It was fine, not as good as I expected. I was watching most of the service and what concerned me was when the service technician put the wheels back on my vehicle he did not torque the lug n I was watching most of the service and what concerned me was when the service technician put the wheels back on my vehicle he did not torque the lug nuts. Unless his air impact has a built in torque setting I dought the torque is correct. The billing took 35 additional minutes which seems ridiculous to me. Having a reservation and very basic service, three hour wait is unexceptable, when Jeremco did the same service I was usually out of there in an hour or so. We have purchased five new vehicles from this dealership in the last ten years. That is about to change if the service isn’t improved.. on the positive side the people were super polite and seem to be working under a lot of unnecessary stress. More
