I did not have the car serviced at Dave White. I purchased a new RDX. Daryl, our sales rep did a great job in keeping our business. Acura did not live up to their estimated delivery date by clo I purchased a new RDX. Daryl, our sales rep did a great job in keeping our business. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Dave White Acura. I contacted them from out of state regarding a used vehicle. They told me they were going to perform their inspection process, complete White Acura. I contacted them from out of state regarding a used vehicle. They told me they were going to perform their inspection process, complete any required repairs, and get me a final price. They said it would take several days and I said I could wait. After not hearing back from them for nearly a week, I followed up with them on a Thursday afternoon and was told it was "being inspected". Again, I heard nothing for a few days, so I followed up again, and was told they sold the vehicle that Saturday. Nice way to do business. More
