The service department has awful communication about the work they are supposed to be providing to your vehicle. I received a message at 0900 this morning and when I responded I was met with an ‘away from d work they are supposed to be providing to your vehicle. Very welcoming, Aubrey was a huge help on the phone. They are really the reason that we came back in Thursday and cemented the Deal. Both of our sales guys (Dave on the original test drive wed night and the are really the reason that we came back in Thursday and cemented the Deal. Both of our sales guys (Dave on the original test drive wed night and then John on Thursday night) were accommodating and made us comfortable. The whole staff was very helpful, very professional and no BS. The actual paperwork process once we made our minds up was very smooth, Jan was a dream to work with. By the time we were done the paperwork the detail team had her sitting out front, sparkling and ready to roll. Looking forward to future business here. More
