This week there was a piece of trim that had come loose behind the left rear tire. Knowing it would be difficult to explain over the phone, I stopped in to ask them to take a look (in case parts needed to be ordered), and to schedule an appointment. They told me to pull in and they would take a look. Ashley had a technician take a look and after hearing it might just need new clips told me if the clips are in stock we’ll do it now. Received a recall notice for a water shield on my hatchback. Made an appointment a few weeks ago and gave them the Vin number of my 2015 Cherokee. When I got there, they told me they did not have my hatchback. Made an appointment a few weeks ago and gave them the Vin number of my 2015 Cherokee. When I got there, they told me they did not have my part in stock and they will give me another appointment. I went back yesterday with my appointment and they told me it was going to be three or four hours to fix. My appointment was for 430. I got there at four and got out at six. I wanted to speak to Denise the service manager, but she had no time for me . I requested a complementary oil change for making the two trips on route 202. The service associate told me that Denise the service manager would contact me this morning. Of course she never did. When I bought my jeep I met David and he mentioned if there is anything I ever need I should notify him. At the dealership, I received a text from Tyler and when I went to see him, they told me he was gone for the day. very disappointed. I have not posted on social media however, I will contact David via memo to let him know how uncoordinated the service department appears to be. Jackfe@ comcast.net. More
