I was originally just looking online and searching for prices when i submitted a request for a quote, Brandy gave me a call, and assured me that they would be able to work with me even with bad credit. I went into the dealership, still worried about the fact that my credit was not that good and I had little to nothing for a downpayment, and I wasn't sure if my car would be of value for a trade in. However after talking to Sayed, he put a lot of my fears to rest, and was very helpful, and made sure that I was able to get a car within my budget. Not only that but they Helped me get a monthly payment that was Definately less then what I was planning to pay....if it wasnt for them Sayed brandy and the finance guy ( I feel bad cause I forgot his name ) but if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have driven away with a car!!!!! This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased from this dealership and have been very please with the service always. I came in to look at the 2012 Civic and from the moment I got there the experience was great! Austin Brooks was my salesman and he was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had. I ha got there the experience was great! I had a price range that I wanted to stay in and they were able to stay within it without a problem. They didn't have the color of car I wanted on the lot that night but they called around and I was able to pick it up the next afternoon. I would definately go back to buy another car from Austin at David McDavid! :) More

I came here because I saw a used car on Auto Trader in which I was interested. Here's why I bought the car and recommend this dealership. First of all, Ronnie Meyers and his manager, Anthony, worked with which I was interested. Here's why I bought the car and recommend this dealership. First of all, Ronnie Meyers and his manager, Anthony, worked with me on the price to get the monthly payments to fit my budget. They were friendly throughout the entire process. These guys were courteous and never overbearing or pressuring. When I pointed out that the ad for the car showed a feature that was not actually on the car (an error made by Auto Trader), they never hesitated to agree to make it right. When I went to sign the papers in the finance department, Dairius even found me a great interest rate, gave me a great deal on an extended warranty, and threw in some free maintenance! This dealership even let me use a loaner car while they put the finishing touches on my car. I've never been treated so well by a car dealer before. I highly recommend David McDavid Honda of Irving. More

My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot. We worked with Justin Villa via phone and email and he was able to locate exactly what we were looking for before we even came in. I took my 2008 CRV EX-L in for an A1 service and dealt with Lori Prudhomme. She was great! All of these four employees that I worked with, do know the meaning of customer service. Brandi had been in touch with me by phone for a couple of months and was very nice when I told her I was unable to schedule and to please contact me again in a couple of weeks and she did so every time. On Friday, October 14th, I took my CRV in for service and while Lori took my car, I went to look at vehicles. I asked for Brandi since she was in such faithful and courteous contact, but she was not in that day. Michael Turner worked with me to show me the different models of the 2011 CRVs. I found one and we went inside talk numbers. At that point, Travis Quadlander came to work with us. We talked about what I was looking for and money. We came to the terms that were very satisfactory with me and I drove home in my new 2011 Silver CRV EX-L. Brandi called me the next day and congratulated me on my new CRV and apologized that she was unavailable but I told her that I was there because of her and I sincerely appreciate her patient and gracious attention. To a person, all these people were friendly, personable, knowledgeable,interested, and really nice. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with all of them. I compliment McDavid Honda for all of their staff that I worked with because they are all great assets to the business. I am a repeat customer and I will be again. More
