It just seemed odd that everything looked pretty clean except the dust on the dash and console. I'm sure other clients may have the same reaction. I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP I used to travel 1 1/2 hours in traffic to come here for service because I felt that their service was excellent and their prices were fair. Now I live ten minutes away, and even if I didn't, I would still travel to McDermott. Everyone is very helpful and unfailingly polite (even when I was always late because the traffic was so dreadful), and I feel very confident that my RX with OVER 200,000 MILES is still safe to drive because McDermott takes such good care of my vehicle. I bought it there, but this is not my first Lexus, and I have learned that there IS a difference in dealers and service centers. I appreciate the difference. More
