Just how the repairs and repair estimates went down feels like the bill was padded. Things like telling me my battery needed to replace when it was less than three months old. When I declined some of the repairs, then the repair price increased to this day I will never be sure if you beat me on a transmission or not because initially you told me it had some metal shavings and it was only the torque converter and it would take two weeks to get the part. The next day you called and told me that there was metal shavings and the whole transmission needed to be replaced and it would be ready the next day. I feel like you guys patted my bill and scammed me. More

They use bait and switch with their Internet pricing. Luckily I caught it and said something, but I don't appreciate all the sneaky business that they do here. They will tell you anything just to make the deal.
