The frustrating thing is anything outside of an oil change or tire rotation there is a 72 hour diagnostic delay. I tried to even set up an appt for a month out and was told there will still be a 72 hour delay. If I was to schedule 6 months out it’s the same delay. Makes 0 sense to me but I have found a new dealership that can handle the services besides the basics in a timely manner. More

Advisor Patricia Cowan was rude and unhelpful. Something happened to my signal lights and I’m blamed for it while it was in their shop being worked on. Service Manager was no help when I called to Something happened to my signal lights and I’m blamed for it while it was in their shop being worked on. Service Manager was no help when I called to complain and find out what happened to my car and insists I pay for something that stopped working while it was in their shop that worked just fine when I dropped my car off with them. Will not be returning ever. More
